If you are requesting a modification to an existing product of ours, please include the product name and what specific colors, styles, or modifications you want. 

If you are requesting a complete custom design, please be as specific as possible in your request. We will review your request and let you know if we are able to accommodate it. Due to the nature of machine embroidery, all images need to be professionally digitized. We are able to do some simple digitizing in-house, but more complicated designs may need to be digitized by a trusted outside source. A quote will be provided prior to digitizing, but may change depending on the size and number of stitches used once digitized.
